The Han Research Group at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute focuses on studying materials for electrochemical energy storage, particularly solid-state batteries. We are interested in understanding the fundamental sciences of materials with the aid of advanced characterization techniques, designing and fabricating new materials with desired properties, and integrating these materials in electrochemical energy storage devices.
We are always looking for highly motivated undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral researchers in mechanical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, and electrochemistry to join our group. Please contact Dr. Han (hanf2@rpi.edu) for possible opportunities.
